My company always have conferences. In the most of daytime,my boss is have a conference or asked by his higher level leader to a conference room . From my perspective, so much time spent in the conference is a sign that the company is in heavy sick now. The company must handle the problem. The company should improve their efficiency. Maybe a company do need have a conference before a large project. But it’s abnormal to having conference almost every day. Rules and regulations should ensure that everything in the company run in order. It’s unnecessary to have meetings. Employees should concentrate on their own work and be responsible for them. So the company can survive in the fierce market competition. What’s your opinion on the conference in your company?
