Every time when asked that question, the number FIVE highlighted itself in my mind. Of course it was not told by a prophet or a fortune-teller, but I tend to regard this number as my lucky number. The reason is simple, there is the number 5 in the year I born, the month I born, the floor I live. I studied in the fifth class through primary school to high school. Under so many occasions where I encountered the number 5 that I became so familiar with it than any other numbers. It's a really strange thing when you became close to an entity through accumulated coincidences, but it is also a lucky thing because it to some extend helps you define yourself and define your life, though in a rather idealistic way. Actually, coincidence happens in one’s life can sometimes be a really beautiful experience, though there seems to be no reason behind it. I once acquainted a girl through a volunteer group. We grew close ties during various volunteering jobs. After both of us quitted the job, I thought our friendship might cool down for the only ties between us was gone and we would start to live our separate lives. However to my surprise, I can’t even count how many times I have met her by accident, in the streets, in a random classroom, in the canteens. Both of us didn’t intend for an encounter but it just happened. Even one time, when I was standing in front of a remote and newly-build railway station, about to catch a train. It was a rainy day and the place was wild but without a soul. A flash of loneliness stroke me but the next minute it was replaced by joy and surprise: my dear friends came towards me from the middle of nowhere, said:” Oh, hello again.” We smiled, greeted simply and then departed. It since makes her a special and precious friend to me, a friend that not only based on mutual interests and communication, but only beautiful coincidences.
