Tea is the wood of the south.

Recently ,I am studying the teaism and ready to pass the exam of the tea.so I know the Chinese tea culture that i am never know if haven’t this chance .Now share my opinions with everyone.

Referring to the Chinese tea ,it can be traced back to the ancient times .and it was flourished in the Tang dynasty. China is the hometown of the tea ,tea culture has a long history .According to “Shennong hundred classics”record the “Shennong tastes the Baicao day in seventy-two poison ,have the tea and solutions”however we must know the Lu Yu-the first apostle of tea.

Tea have classified six kinds ,including the green tea ,black tea ,oolong tea ,yellow tea ,white tea ,dark tea.the Chinese people , in their drinking of tea,place much significance on the act of “savoring”.“savoring tea ”is not only a way to discern good tea from mediocre tea,but also how people take delight in their reverie and in tea-drinking itself.as for making tea ,some tips:

First ：“Burning incense in addition to conceal”： Through the light with the fragrance, and to build a peaceful and solemn atmosphere .

Second ：“Clean in addition to dirt”“：With boiled water to clean again the cleaned glasses, let cups become cleaner.

Third ：“Teapot keep water”: The water into the teapot in advance, make temperature drop to 80 degrees or so .

Forth ：“alace to meet with the good tea”: Throwing tea into the cleaned glasses with a teaspoon.

Fifth “Wetting buds of tea with water”: Pouring few hot water into the glass before blowing tea, for Wetting tea.

Sixth “The phoenix three nods”：Dumping water three up and down with rhythmic.

Seventh ：“Jade is sinking green river” Tea first float on the water, and then slowly sank to the bottom of the cup.

Eighth ：View sound holds jade article :The person of blowing tea give tea to the guest.

Ninth ：Appreciating tea”: The green tea like the green elves of life is dancing in glass and it is so interesting.

Tenth ：Smelling tea with heart”: Smelling fragrance of tea and learn how to life.

Eleventh ：Tasting light taste”: But as long as you work hard to taste. You will feel best lasting appeal

Twelfth ：Drink green tea with oneself enjoy joy endless”: From tea matter activity to feel the cultivate one's morality raises。
