As is known to all of us ,we can not live every moment without some terrible feelings.We all want to lead our lives with a happy mind,but the god didn't grant what one prayed for.So it often depends on ourselves to take acts to cheer us.I believe every one has his own way to complete it ,as for me, I perfer to do some exercise like jogging,playing badminton and etc.Every time something disturbs me and makes me annoyed ,I will have a jogging in our campus's playground with my friend.Listening to some light music that has the similar rhythm can also contribute to our high spirit and good mood. While feeling too tired to jog ,these kind of music enable me to have more power to continue.After jogging, having a small talk with friend is a ideal choice to relieve pressures that has packed in the deep of my mind.
All in all, exercising makes me relaxed ,if anyone of you has any bad feelings ,why not have a try it!
