Yes a technical problem. In English the phrase : this needs work . Is not taken to be offensive .. Interesting if you interpret that as such. It just is a jargon for saying that there are some things that need correcting for what ever reason. It is a factual statement not a criticism of the person. It is used to be helpful. However, as I see it, the post did not contain any English and I hope that comment is accepted. This is the English content version of China Daily Forum and it is great when posters include Chinese for clarification with other readers, but there should be some English in a post. I look forward to reading it when technical errors sorted!
