My husband has gone to fight against floods.

This early morning my husband got up early , he put on a suit of fatigues and a pair of rubber shoes and went to fight againt the floods.It often rains theses days and we do wish no more rain .Our city, Hegang, is on hilly ground, so we have hardly met with any floods, but along the bank of the Heilongjiang River is the Ming Mountain Town, which is under the jurisdiction of Hegang City government, when it rains heavily for a few days and the water level has risen, floods will imperil the farms and villages nearby.
These days the heavy rain has continued and I often heard of the news of the situation of the floods on TV, some areas along the Heilongjiang River are in danger because of the continuously heavy rain. At
present, a large number of armed police officers and
soldiers and local people are
stepping up relief. My husband also took part in the fighting.
I always feel that I am a lucky dog born in a city without any disasters, infections , floods , earthquakes and typhoon and so on though our small city is a developing one . This time I know the people and place not far away from us are in danger of flood. Wish them to beat the flood fighting soon and have a steady and peaceful life like us.
