Most of us are afraid of English interview because we are all not fluently in engish, especially oral english.
Recently,I heared a new idea that most of the foreigners believe the feeling,they trend to hire the one they feel best.
So I get confused, it's not a good way to hire a person by feeling according to the HR theory.
