请问“房产证”和“房地产证”的翻译 谢谢 在线等

请问 房产证 和 房地产证 的翻译相同吗？房产证是certificate of house ownership 那么房地产证呢？是certificate of house & land ownership 还是用realty？谢谢！

你所说的《房产证》是指《房屋所有权证》。将《房屋所有权证》和《国有土地使用证》合二为一，就是《房地产权证》。其实我们使用相同的英文名称 property ownership certificate 也未必不可，因为持证人都对房屋拥有所有权，对土地却只有使用权。为了有所区别，我认为英语译名也可稍作变化：

房屋所有权证 (房产证)
House Property Ownership Certificate

房地产权证
Real Property Ownership Certificate


严格说来，《房地产权证》应该是certificate of house ownership and land
use rights，并无 land ownership 之意，但用不动产real property 来表示也应该可以理解吧，仅供参考。中国日报新词表中有“房产证”、“房权证”，却无“房地产权证”。看来国内翻译届也应该尽快规范有关新词译名，以免乱套乱用、百花齐放。

slight difference

there's but slight difference, if any. in most cases they means the same; the native speaker always uses "title deed", yet we chinese like to use real estate ownership certificate
