please help me to correct these sentenses

1)重庆是中国西部唯一的中央直辖市，全国统筹城乡发展综合配套改革试验区，长江上游和西南地区最大的工商重镇、重要的交通枢纽和内陆开放口岸。

My translation:

As the only municipality in southwest China, and one of pilot reform cities targeting coordinated rural and urban development through reforms in all sectors, Chongqing is the biggest Industrial and commercial center in upper reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as the most important transportation junction and open ports.

2) 重庆直辖以来，经济迅速发展，社会全面进步，在跨越式发展进程中绽放出拥抱世界的姿态，日益凸现其气度恢弘、激情迸发的魅力，世人关注、全球瞩目。

My translation:

In recent years, fast and sound growing momentum continues in the city’s economy, and full progress was made in social undertakings, which attracts global attention.

3)第九届重庆高交会暨第五届军博会将突出“军民结合•创新发展”的主题，丰富展览展示、对接交易、主题论坛等活动内容，搭建成果交易、产品展示、招商引资、人才交流四大平台，建立健全科技成果转化链条，在军民结合、东西部结合、国际化、专业化四个方面办出特色，力求把重庆高交会暨军博会办成在国内外具有广泛影响、军民结合特征明显、实效显著的科技盛会。

My translation:

The 5th China International Exhibition of Military & Civil Technologies and the 9th China Chongqing Hi-tech Fair(CCHTF 2010), Sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science ,Chinese Academy of Engineering, People’s Government of Chongqing, Co-sponsored by Military Training & Service Arms Department, PLA Headquarters of the Central Staff, The General Logistics Department of PLA, Electronic & Information Infrastructure Department, the General Reserve Department of PLA, China Institute of Invention and Innovation, will be held in Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center on April 8, 2010.

As my english is so so, I think there may be something wrong in my traslation. So, please help me to correct them, thank you very much.

I don't read Chinese so I cannot comment on the accuracy of your translation, but I will comment a little on the English version.

"Open Ports", I am not sure what this means (shipping ?)
Althought this is a long sentence, it appears grammatically correct.
You could alter it, for clarity to something like;

As the only municipality in southwest China, Chongqing is the biggest Industrial and commercial centre in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, as well as the most important transportation junction and open ports.
Chongqing is also one of the cities taking part in a pilot reform programme which coordinates rural and urban development through reforms in all sectors.

Also please note the use of "center/centre" "Center" is peculiarly American spelling and signals that you are aiming the English translation only at America, or was translated by an American unaware of the proper spelling in the rest of the English speaking world.
Usage of "centre" instead makes it appear that the English translation is addressed to the wider English speaking world, and will be recognised as "world English" by most Americans.

This is far too long. I'd break it up for clarity.

* I have changed to "centre" here as well.
However if the official name of the Convention Centre is spelled "Center" and is written as such in English on the building itself, then you should revert to "Center" in documentation which refers to the Convention Centre by name.

**Open Ports** is the translation of 开放口岸 (ports opening to foreign countries).
