the most important meal for me in a day
as i get up very early, i have big breakfasts, which contains porridge (not everyday), egg, milk or yoghurt, bread (alternative for porridge), orange juice (not everyday), fruits and vegetables (tomato soup cooked at the night before, cold and nice in the morning), coffee to end
sometimes i have soya milk. but i hate the fried dough (it's called "you tell" in chinese). never had them after i got memory

rush breakfast
in my city there is a spectacular scene: people rush in the morning and eat their breakfast while walking, waiting in bus, sitting in taxi, and most acrobatically while riding their bikes... which does not annoy me at all
but it bothers me when people do it in the office

y have got a point inconsciently. the topman in my previous company, who is a man from germany, never eat the lunch beside one piece of bread plus a mug of coffee. i was told lately that such a meal habit was helpful to keep shape.

Peanut Butter or Jelly Sandwich plus orange juice, coffee. That is my breakfast on weekdays. Breakfast on weekends is a bit more formal since most time it is done at a resturant.
