what do you think aout Rebecca mail accident???

Some background for this accident: Loke Soon Choo is the chief leader of EMC in China.  Rebecca is Loke’s secretary.
One night, exactly is Apr 7th, 2006, loke were locked out of his office for Rebecca locked the door.  Loke was so angry and send a tough mail to Rebecca as well CC to other four EMC top leaders at 1:13 AM, Saturday, April 08, 2006.

Rebecca was angry too.  Later, she sent a response to loke and CC to all Chinese EMC group as following message.

Loke Soon Choo’s message:
Rebecca, I just told you not to assume or take things for granted on Tuesday and you locked me out of my office this evening when all my things are all still in the office because you assume I have my office key on my person.

With immediate effect, you do not leave the office until you have checked with all the managers you support - this is for the lunch hour as well as at end of day, OK? ”

Rebecca’ message: (I can not translate well for ... need your help)
First, I do the right thing and it is for safety concern.  I can not bear the responsibility if anything lost.

Then, you do have the key but you do forget to take it and you still blame other people.  It is your own; please do not blame others.

Third, my daily work time is only 8 hours.  Please do remember not to attempt to interfere or want to control my private time such as lunch time and night off duty.

Fourth, please do not ask me to do anything that has nothing to do with my duty.   I will not do that.  You know, I worked hard in EMC and over work many times when I served in EMC.

Fifth, please take care of your manner of talking to your underling although you are the supervisor.

Last, I do not assume or take something for granted for I have no time to do and It not necessary to do that.

Soon Choo,

To my point of view, actually, the lady has done a very stupid thing. Although, to some extends, the reason doesn't seem unfounded, she forgets the practical relation between their two (employee and boss). At last, she will find she has to pay for her words greatly. If I am the employer, sure, i won't employ such secretary. Becasue she is lack of ability to control her motion and communication skills, which is important for a secretary.
hehe... the stupidest thing is that she distributed the email all over the company and then spread to outside.Other employers, who would give her a job? i doubt.

She doesn't like the secretary job that much.
She can enpower herself to be a lawyer if she is so strong in defensing herself.

She Just Picked Up Bad Amreican Habit

Irresponsiblity is not freedom.  She will probably by UNEMPLOYABLE unless she changes her identity.

Life is about choices, and the girl seemed unable to make the right choice.  Now she pays dearly for it.

Part and parcel of the business world is the golden rule - the one with the gold makes the rules.

To above users

Please remember :

1. Before you make comment, please investigate and repect the fact.
2. As long as you made comment, you are responsible for it.

I am so suprised, while so many online debates raised so many fairly comments and many of them give Hu Rui applauses and salutes, you appear to be outsiders and appathetic. I feel so sorry for you, you are living like a begger, because your logic seems like: as long as you can have a job and somebody pay you, you can bear any humiliation. Oh my god ~~~ what a slave philosophy to his lord.

一个不要尊严的国家,永远不可能有发展前途;

一个迎合侮辱的民族,永远在世界上抬不起头;

bj_manager DING!!!!!

every people should be, and ought to be equal.
Hu Rui is not irresponsible, she is struggling for fairness.
We Chinese have too many slaves kneeling down for mercy, that's pity! I doubt why so many TV scenes depicting eunuches shaking their tails to the so-called emperors for their pleasure abound in screen from day to night ???
Where's our national spirit gone? but only left seeking money and bowing down for gold?
