禁止高空抛物的确切译法

前段时间在一花园小区的电梯口看见一“禁止高空抛物”的警示牌，上面还用英语这么写着“No Upper Air Throws The Thing”。

这样翻译确实还挺符合咱们国人的翻译习惯的...

不知用“No Airmail”是否妥当？

killer litter noun, items thrown from the windows of tall buildings which can cause personal injury or property damage: "Welcome to Singapore, where the main danger facing a pedestrian isn't pickpockets or potholes but 'killer litter' -- junk tossed out of windows by residents of high-rise apartments" (Wall Street Journal).
BACKGROUND: Killer litter, a phenomenon attributed to the frustrations of high-rise living, has been reported in a number of Asian locales. Hong Kong recently ran an ad campaign urging high-rise dwellers not to throw things out their windows, and the government of Singapore has passed killer-litter laws, according to which offenders can be fined the equivalent of $175 and jailed for up to three months. Items cited in reports of killer litter include a tricycle, a blender, a flowerpot, an incense burner, and a television.

Suggestions:

1)  " Warning :  Throwing things on to street  is prohibited . "
2)  Warning :  Persons found throwing objects down to street level will be prosecuted .

3)  Throwing objects from balconies is prohibited .

Killer Litter - Dangers Lurking In The Sky

Living in high-rise buildings means enjoying a great view from above. However, it is from these heights that danger lurks.

Killer litter is a serious threat to the safety of our residents. Leaving objects such as potted plants on window and corridor ledges increase the risk of causing hurt to innocent people.

Don't leave anything to chance. Remove all items from window and corridor ledges now. So as you enjoy great views from high-rise flats, remember not to pose danger to innocent passers-by.

Offenders could be charged and face a maximum fine of $2,000.

看到你发了不少广告，忍不住向你提个建议：标题说是requirements，而你提的三个条件都不是required 而是preferred，改改吧。

High-rise dwellers

禁止高空抛物是警告高楼的住户禁止他们乱扔杂物。高楼= high-rise; 住户=residents dwellers; 警告=be warned
扔杂物 = littering;  禁止 = strictly prohibited

So having got the essential parts, lets put them together and come up with something like this:

High-rise dwellers/residents be warned
Littering from above strictly prohibited
