Aunt Tom?
LOL no way.

OK Uncle Tom is someone who sells out their loyalty to their own group to fill the stereotypical role a dominant group establishes for them.  So being a submissive housewife to please her husband or father despite being qualified to be a CEO would be an "Aunt Tom"...

ummm, can't think of anything off the top of my head.
If she's vicious / cold, she might get called a "ballcutter" as she emasculates the men around her.  (Obviously not called that to her face.)

It sounds like it fits.  I can't think of a specific term in English for it.
Most of the terms that come to mind for successful businessmen don't exclude women so there's no requirement for a gender-specific term.

maybe it is culture related.

when it comes to successful businesswomen, sometimes we place an emphasis on her gender using the word  "女强人".

possibly...
In the West, the increase in a woman's chances to be successful in the workplace coincided with the removal of gender-specific terms in the workplace.

For English? There's not really an expression, and neither "Iron Lady" nor "Diamond Lady" (or "Aunt Tom") would fit, since they're not actual English expressions. I think #6 has it right.

Translated it means "Female Strong Person" isn't what she is? A woman can do most of the things a man can do so why not be successful in business. It has been happening for thousands of years. Not so uncommon.
We would just call her a "Successful Businesswoman".

Personally I don't think sex has anything to do with it. A woman gives up a lot to go into business. Some raise families but it is not always easy for them. They need a good man to give equal support that she would give a man. No difference.

If I had a successful woman as a girlfriend or wife and she made more money than me, it wouldn't bother me...... No big deal.
