sure, may  frice cake is ok too,even we could call it  "ZaGao" in PingYin.

haven't you ate it ? what a pity. ZaGao is actually called 油炸糕 in my hometown. The method of making it is not complex. First, you grind rice, which has  soaked in water for a few hours,into thick liqud. then put into chopped fistular onion and other flavouring. you put some thick liquid on the shovel like this
