It's from a song:

This is a love song, talking about the truth in love, but in fact, the sugar-meaning not only suggests love, but things in all aspects of our lives. It is in fact telling people that people must know the degrees of everything in order to be right.
After all, half sweet is a healthy attitude to life.
These days, people feel frustrated disappointed, we would have liked it;
A too sweet day can too easily let us forget the taste of sweetness, and not treasure it, perhaps the best life is to not evade trouble and suffering, and learn to put their half spoonful of sugar, and taste the life, comprehend the essence of life.
