errors is a good general term

mistakes is also good but there's a certain element of blame attached to it.
(Saying: an error becomes a mistake when it goes uncorrected.)

goof is a good term too albeit light-hearted

A blooper is specifically when something goes wrong (actor laughed instead of speaking) and the scene has to be re-filmed
