有时候，方向搞得很清楚，只是不认路。我上了北京的立交桥就是这样。

所以，我觉得还是用road blind

I think I'm both road-blind and direction-blind because first I don't know many roads, second, I can't tell the directions if I'm in a new place. Thank you all.

my thoughts ...

Personally, I think it's accepted to say "direction blind" or "road blind", since there's been an expression "color blind".
"A poor or no sense of direction" is commonly used.
I tend to agree "get lost easily" is more common than "I can't remember the roads, places, etc."
