maybe you could find one from poor family, and because poor he will eat every food so it could be the same to you,and he will be also durable because keep working.

well, i could afford meat, but i prefer vegetable. treat life as life, including chicken, pig, buffalo, etc.

Well actually, vegetarians aren't that animal-friendly themselfs. Image the whole world being a vegetarian eating lettuce and such. There would be an overgrowth of pigs, and a shortage for lettuce.

you are right. i don't like some kinds of animals. but i treat their lives as lives. seems as there are some people i don't like, but i can't kill them, because i have no right to judge life to live or to die.

You're right about repecting other's lives, I think vegetarians are a noble kind of people, very good. But on the other hand life is to eat, or be eaten. If pigs would rule the world and ate humans for dinner, do you think there would be vegetarians too?

It is hard to be a vegetarian, You need iron in your diet. Plus what if the man works very hard, How is vegatables alone going to fill him up? You need protien to rebuild tired muscles, If he had to live off only veggies maybe he'll be tired and cranky all the time, and not a very good partner.

he can eat 21 Golden Vitamin , coz it can supply the vitamin one body needed

and it is very good to keep health

many celebrities eat vitamin to keep fit in order not to eat so much

have to eat meat for health?  i remembered when i was a child i didn't eat any meat because of poverty for years, even the vegetable were just the seasonal plants we planted. some days we just ate the same vegetable for days with rice. the nutrition was very bad? i was not healthy??  IT WAS NOT. in those days, my healthy condition is much better than now.

Now i am still not a totally vegetarian, for work days, it is difficult for me to find vegetable food without meat.  i am trying to eat vegetable. but after i buy the snack, i do not throw the meat out--  that means wasting food.

i don't want to know what's the "nutrition " say about what food can make people healthy. (My major in colleague was fermentation, including some nutrition theories.

) in the past, people belived sun moves around earth. Now most people belive meat is necessary in healthy. who knows what people will believe in future.

Yes thats true but a body can never take its nutriants from vitamin supplements as well as it can from food. We evolved as humans to take our daily nutrition from foods not little pills. Although I do take a vitamin supplement myself .I do not rely on it completly. I try to eat a balanced diet with all food groups included. Im no expert though.

Haha yea thats true. Are knowledge of health is always changing. There are studys that tell you one thing then someone else shows you a study or research paper that says something completly different. I guess it depends on what makes you feel good and healthy.

I grew up with my grandmother who is a vegetarian,so I also like vegetable and fruit,and of course,believe in Buddha.
