This is a similar to the thread "Cheaper luxury goods?"

You cannot trust 100% not even 50% of what people claim on the internet. It is very hard to work out if things are true or not. One thing is for certain, if you are wealthy and spoiled, you wouldn't be online. More like splashing and spending time trying to get noticed: that is what they do.

Like previously, it is important to know yourself.
There is no need to be jealous of others because: you have your life and they have theirs.

I believe I understand how painful it can feel when people have the things you do not have, especially when you do not have the ability to acquire it. But you look forward in life to your own ambitions and then you will be able to get those that you want later on.

But whatever you do, do not be provoked when people poke their finger into your life and start criticizing you about everything you do.
Ignore them, because they are consumed with jealousy and therefore they seek to diminish others to make themselves feel better, that is the way these people are. In the end they are only helping the companies win by making more exposure.

Companies target these people to "carry" their brand, like the Apple Ipod, LV, Mercedes Benz etc.

Now you know. So there is no need to be those people.

For me I think it is very normal and also can acceptable that humen showing their luxcry ownings. Like me I bought some new wearing, I would like to show it to my boyfriend and my friends, I need their admiration. Maybe this is a little different from this topic. Now I live in dormitory, every week our three girls will go to shopping when come back, the other two girls(I am poor, so I don't have money to support these) show what they bought and how expensive they were. What's more they also went other domitorys showing their
booties. Nothing serious at all.

not just showin off but this time is 4REAL...

with the financial crisis & our economy goes diffrent direction...this time i have to put out my estate for auction in order to support my 3 meals a day. if other people want to show off their stuffs...then BE my guests but i'm sellin my & could BE yours

Is there any point of spending more money on so-called luxurious items which costs many times more than the usual stuff, not to mention the online show-off ?

.i dont think so,many girls spents the money on showing comodities fron their parants ,from their bf(not husband)

not only girls ,but also boys like to show off their expensive items on the internet, as far as i could see ,it's not a mature behavior,if he or she could got a great deal money by themselves, i will respect them, on the contrary,i will disliked them intensely.
