I support China to make the marriage between same sex legal ,but the special couple is banned to adopt  kids, because it would bring a lot trouble to the society ,even bad affection to the kids' growing up

For personal,I feel strange  when seeing same-sex outside.However I think it is very private,I respect them,they have themselves mode of life.They didn't interrupt y life.

I believe in order to answer the question, you must first define what defines "legal marriage" in mainland China. It is generally  not a religious union, as china itself is not very strong with religion, you could argue it is not necessarily a union based on love, as there is no legal requirement to LOVE each other to marry. If you really boil it down, it is a economical union of two peoples assets, ...well in most cases. So if that is what a marriage boils down to in the eyes of the law, then there should be no reason same sex marriages can exist. Possible special rules such as adoption prevention, as it is generally accepted that children need a father and mother figure to grow up balanced could be implemented for this. Other then that, I see nothing wrong with it.

I am a straight male living in San Francisco and I have both gay and lesbian freinds.  My understanding is that gays and lesbians are primarily looking for equal rights.  When their partner is sick or dying they are currently not allowed to visit  (only family is permitted to visit).  The partner in a same sex couple is not entitled to any of the financial or health benefits of a heterosexual couple and this is not fair becuase they all pay taxes.

I am completely in favor of same sex unions which have all the same legal rights as heterosexual marriages.  I'm just not convinced that the term "marriage" should be used since it has religious connotations in most western countries.  I know my gay and lesbian freinds would disagree with me on this but I think there should be separate but equal same sex unions that are equivalent to marriage.  This is a compromise that will keep the Christian right from making the claim that gays are trying to "steal" marriage from heterosexuals.

i agree with homosexaul marriage, but there shall be limits with it:
No. 1 no kids shall be born or raised by them.
No. 2 no weird appearance or activities with them.

I believe the legalization of same sex marriage is only a matter of time, and basically the earlier a nation
permits it, the more open-minded and liberal this nation tends to be.

It's funny but sad to see how a person or a region's attitude towards these "abnormal" things reflect the
general level of civiliazation. Research and statistics have prooven that the  more educated people are, the
more tolerant they are with homosexuality. Look at what kind of nations put gay people to death and you
will understand my point.
