it depends on the way to increase the rural income that countrymen can live a happy life. It must be improved through perfecting rural legislation, enhancing legislation technology and strengthening law enforcement to promote the new countryside construction.

It is good that the top-decision officials can pay more attention to rural areas. but I do believe farmers' life will never keep up with the urban dwellers, esperically the officials. because the income increase is just the increase of a number, and the money is also depriciating with the development of the economic.So the authority should make useful policies.

I am from small and proverty before 15 years . The village changed again when I be in my country .The income of the residents is 80000 averagely!

one conclusive fact here, the gap between the rich and the poor is more and more larger,i don't know the disposable income what mean to every farmer ,but continuously rise the price of agriculture feedstock, more and more cheaper farm produce,caused losts of migrant worker from rural area swarm into big city in china like shenzhen, shanghai,beijing,because they consider they earn the income from doing work for other is much more than that they earn from following the plough, how will the social strucuture change in the future, maybe no one can know in the hairbrained china...

you can still be communist, rely on your clan and use capitalist methods to grow your farm!
yes! What the heck does the agriculture bank does?

when will land trading and land ownership be made legal in China?
we can use land zoning laws etc. to manipulate!
