Let me guess.
"president" is for college, school, company and country.
A team leader called "captain" or "boss"
A department manager called "boss"

4. Talk about something that you completely don’t get used to or feel uncomfortable as a new comer in China. For example, squat toilet…

Can't get used to squat toilet, the open channel type toilets often found in schools, stinky tofu, obvious disregard for traffic laws and the 'I have a car and you're on an e-bike so you should get out of my way' attitude, children defecating and urinating on sidewalks and in garbage bins in shopping malls. I can and have accepted all of these because I love being in China. But, in 3 years, still haven't gotten used to them. Other things I've adjusted to is, constant change of schedules in schools, little advanced planning, offensive smells, necessary tasks taking much longer than they should (such as getting a visa renewed, getting a medical exam or just about anytime you have to deal with a government agency to do something. Not that it's that much better in the West, but I think efficiency is more valued in the West than in China.) Oh also spitting.
