In December, 2003, a 61-year-old bridge in Shenyang, Liaoning province, was demolished by blasting.

In March, 2004, three chimneys in Shenyang Smelting Factory were demolished by blasting. The chimneys had been used for 68 years.

In April, 2005, Shenyang Hotel, built up in 1970, was successfully demolished. A new five-star hotel will be built up there.
