Oatmeal porridge on a plate with a piece of bisuit on top which has the dark letters "ANTI-DRUG"
Distribute this meal in university canteens.
Remind students that they could have boring taste oatmeal every day in anti-drug rehab centre if they......

I am flummoxed. I thought the crooked British opium dealers had been routed from China ...

The similarity of some drug absusers nowaday and opium addicts in Qing Dynasty period is that they both thought their health could improved by taking them.
The difference is that there was not Party member involved in Qing Dynasty period.

Is Qiu the first Party member found in drug abuse case? or found in Dongguang nightclub? no clue but still alarming.
