Each city is home to a certain mount of the homeless, however not every vagabond expects to be taken in as much as they had desired. Inferior urban dwellers as they are, they have been deemed as the window of a city. Present-day homeless treatment and acceptance status to a large extent reflects a city’s inclusiveness.

Photo shows in 2006, Osaka Tokyo. The trampers’ confrontation with the local polite who came to demolish their illegal houses. There are currently about 10,000 homeless live in the “ blue camp” in Japan.

In 2012, Rhodes Island first passed Homeless' Bill of Rights in the United States. It banned the discrimination against the homeless. The picture is taken at a beach in Hawaii, a well-knowed gathering place for the vagabonds.

In the winter of 2006 in Paris France, four waifs and trays freezed to death for living on the street. Later on many Parisian volunteered to sleep on the street and call for the government to provide accommodations for the homeless.
