一天,一位医生到鞋店买了双鞋。
yì tiān , yí wèi yī sheng dào xié diàn mǎi le shuāng xié 。     
One day a doctor went to the shoe store and bought a pair of shoes.

他离开柜台之前问女售货员:
tā lí kāi guì tái zhī qián wèn nǚ shòu huò yuán:
Before he left the counter, he asked the salesgirl:

“这双鞋能穿多长时间?“
“zhè shuāng xié néng chuān duō cháng shí jiān?“
"How long will this pair of shoes last?"

“看情况而定。如果您不穿它, 那它永远也不会坏。”
“kàn qíng kuàng ér dìng。 rú guǒ nín bù chuān tā, nà tā yóng yuǎn yě bú huì huài。"
"It depends. If you don't wear it, the shoes will never wear out."

几天后, 这位女售货员病了, 去医院看病。
jǐ tiān hòu, zhè wèi nǚ shòu huò yuán bìng le, qù yī yuàn kàn bìng。
A few days later, the salesgirl became ill and went to the hospital.

这位医生碰巧是那位顾客。
zhè wèi yī sheng pèng qiǎo shì nà wèi gù kè。
Coincidentally, the doctor was the customer she served.

当女售货员拿了处方后,问道:
dāng nǚ shòu huò yuán ná le chǔ fāng hòu, wèn dào:
After the salegirl got the prescription from the doctor, she asked:

“吃了这药我的病多长时间才能好呀?”
“chī le zhè yào wǒ de bìng duō cháng shí jiān cái néng hǎo ya?”
"How soon will I get well with this medicine?”

医生回答: “看情况而定。如果你不吃药, 你的病永远也好不了。"
yī sheng huí dá: “kàn qíng kuàng ér dìng。rú guǒ nǐ bù chī yào, nǐ de bìng yóng yuǎn yě hǎo bù liǎo。”
The doctor answered, "It depends. If you don't take it, you will never get well."

3. 碰巧 [ pèng qiǎo  ] by chance;  by coincidence; happen to be
4. 处方 [ chǔ fāng ] : prescription

thank you very much.Really useful to me.
A new phrase is torturing me again in the chinese language.That chu lai expressions.
I am afraid I have not realised all the meanings .For example xie chu lai ,fangyu chu lai ,ting chu lai ,na chu lai , that chu lai when?
The same expressiions with de,for example xie de chu lai,na de chu lai.They are confusing.The teacher explained but is english did not help me enough.
Can you explain to me which verbs can be used with chu lai
I really    love China,半个 中国 人
