{:soso_e104:} No long no see, guys! How are you doing?

As the hurricane "Sandy" is raging outside and it has given me a day off from work, I can do nothing but chill out and cook.

Anyway, I just tried my new recipe{:soso_e124:}. It tastes so delicious that I'm more than happy to share with you. It takes quite a bit of time but it's worth it.

Here we go:

What you need?

Curry, beef, an onion, potatoes(or sweet potato), carrots, scallion, ginger, garlic, star anise(Hui Xiang 茴香) milk, salt.

1 Chop the beef into small cubes and boil them untill you see the blood foams floating on water.

2. Filter away all foams and start stewing the beef with mild fire for about 2 hours (20minutes if you've got a high pressure boiler{:soso_e182:}),
Note: You should NEVER throw hot beef in cold water, it will taste like rubber

3, Scatter scallion, ginger, garlic, star anise(Hui Xiang 茴香) in it

4 Get vegetables ready

looks delicious :)
(apart from the milk - I hate it)

btw. at what point You add milk? with the salt?

________

I made some curry on chicken and pork meat, but not from cubes (I used powder)...
insteed of milk I usually do mixture of wheat flour and cold water, then pour it in until sauce have "designed thickness"

If I don't want to use "unhealthy" thickenning - I simply add another potato at the beginning, and let it "dissolve"

also when frying rice I like to add curry powder, and homemade brotch soup concentrate... delicious

this week I cook many kinds of pancakes, so You inspired me what to do with the rest of my fried minced meat... I'll make thick curry sauce of it...

Agent White Bear!

I get the ENTIRE GAMING prepared by Agent John Travolta!

It's either to
(1) gain an ACTOR.
(2) gain a VENGEFUL star <like Hitler, Uncle Mao, Uncle Zhao>
(3) probably unmotivated, unbothered like Emperor Hirohito
or
(4) EXIT of target!

This is a COMMON game in EUROPEAN ROYALTY and SINO ROYALTY.

Cheerios!
