This is a video clip from a surveilence camera, which recorded how a man brutally attacked a women, stabbing her more than two dozen times while people just looked on.

The incident took place in a county in Shanxi province. The man was later arrested.

What is quite suprising is that in those 5 minutes, the police are nowhere to be seen, and it looks quite a busy street.

Sorry for the victim and I hope the culprit gets punished according to the crime he has comotted.
