Not only do I admire the children, but also the adults who dedicate their lives to teach these children. When I look at these pictures I see a strong will to succeed and better ones self, with the help of the community. Endeavor to persevere little ones.

Yes, both my parents grew up in rural areas during the great depression.
I see you've heard your share of those stories too.
One thing parents were saying in the 60s when I was growing up is
"Finish your dinner, there are children starving in China".
I never could figure out how choking down a few more bites would
help any children in China.
