I was also observing the "sea bed" ideas growing up in the Press, trade journals - after the "Hai Ti" earthquake!

Safer Crude oil, natural gas tapping offshore China, Brazil, Russia and more defensive-able! We see, the BP deep water rig is replaced by a "Sea Bed Tap" - less vulnerable from Venezuelan or Cuban Jets!

But, what's the purpose of the "North Africa" action - The problem is not really "controllable" - it could cause a recession in Europe, Japan, Korea and USA! - so soon after the "New Zee Land" earthquake!

It's rather strange, isn't it!

cheerios!

Deep dive submersibles

........are actually a "kind of exoskeleton" technology!

The submersible normally takes BIGGER PRESSURE, than even SSN, and SSBN's cannot achieve such depths!
It's small size, makes that possible.
External remote control mechanical-electric instruments - would also benefit China in future SPACE ACTIVITIES!

cheerios!

The British is already "planning" pipeline

......and crude oil, natural gas extraction pumps, be relocated from "floating rigs" to SEA BED sites!

This is to "prevent" sabotage from China's "investments" in SSN.
There is already 20 SSN builts in China (USA has 60 SSN's, while UK, France has around 50% cumulatively)
China would probably increase SSN units to 60 too, while increasing "pipeline and offshore site" security - with DEEP DIVE EXOSKELETONS, sonar detectors - and FAST DEPLOY, weaponized DEEP DIVE EXOSKELETONS!

cheerios!

A new movie coming to our screens soon?

Exoskeleton Deep Dive - with "dual use", under sea, sea bed installation and space "human like" mechanical arms on the Exoskeletons - complete with "blow torch", "sintering" solder, "Swiss Knife type tools on arm"

and for the "Security Exoskeletons" - maybe some "small size, mini torpedoes, high explosives"!

cheerios!

China would need to build

.......deep dive, "sea bed" mining machines. It will need to build "Floating terminal" to transport "Sea Bed" minerals to "BulkFreight ships" on the sea surface! This will solve the "iron ore", "other mineral shortages" - this becomes more viable with "higher commodity prices"!

Cheerios!

Mineral extraction from oceanic deposits seems to come at the expense of other income streams.  NOTHING humanity does is failsafe.  'Murphy's Law' is not a joke, it is reality.  Along the Florida Gulf Coast, our fishing, fish processing, and tourism industries are still reeling from the 2010 oil spill (along with Alabama, Mississipi, Louisianna).  It is responsible to factor the potential cost to other workers, and other industries.  Resource extraction will always impact its 'neighbors'.

We need to start "survey" of "sea bed minerals"

......in "offshore China".

This will ensure that a "cheaper source" of ores can be obtained, without "straining China's logistics system" if mining is done in "inland hills, mountain source". The Sea Bed is full of all kind of wealth.

We need to develop the DEEP DIVE exoskeleton units, with "human dexterity" mechanical arms, and a series of weapons useable undersea to defend any such sites! (eg. mini torpedoes, with "armour cracking" explosives)

cheerios!
