Adult children of elderly parents will be required to visit their parents regularly and must care for their spiritual needs and cannot neglect or isolate them, according to a draft amendment of China’s elder law, Legal Daily reported Wednesday.

Chinese elder citizen face such a problem for a long time . They may not worry about their material life, but they are lonely alomst all the time,
having no companions, no one to talk to, but only to sit around TV whole day. As their adult children we must set aside some time for caring their spirital need, have a chat with them, dinner with them or have a walk with them volunteeraily. If it is regulated by the law, it must be a pessimistic  matter.

Except for some those childish ones, it is difficult to imagine that a person can be adult and child/children at the same time.   A better title could be "Adult Offsprings"?

and how would u punish those dont 'regularly' visit their parents?
plus,,,will parents normally sue their children:)
