Currently the Federation has approximately a nominal per capita of US$15,000!

With China showing Malaya the model for development, it's expected that by 2020, the Federation will have a combined GNP of nearly US$1 trillion, or US$30,000 per capita or equivalent to the present "real" European Union, Japan, Korean, Taiwan per capita income!

Discussion in China Daily - BBS has provided the Malayan Government a guideline towards this goal!

Political competition has made State Tax, Mint Revenue

.........use more efficient!

Regional fast past economic development has created "urgency" to upgrade the facilities and infrastructure of the federation. From mega buildings, to zone development, to capacity enhancement, productivity enhancement and greater financial sophistication!

Factional competition and cooperation is almost seen daily to generate greater good. Regional, International cooperation has been heightened to benefit the federation! The era of the GENTLEMAN is arriving to the Malayan-Singaporean-Borneo federation!

Malayan federal, state, municipal, district contractors

..........has tasted the benefit of political competition, via the more efficient conduct of contracts for public works!

With lower margin of profits for the political guild, we now see more reasonable 30% margins instead of the Mahathir era 70% profit margin for public works! In fact, who'd believe a car maintainance could cost up to the cost of the value of the new car annually as an example?

This had probably doubled the number of public works contracts and benefits thousands of small contractors and sub contractors!

cheerios!
