There should be about 600,000 - 700,000 aged Middle Class older people in Malaya, aged 65 and older!

If we get the 20% of unmarried males, females to relocate into a comfortable RETIREMENT/RESORT/nursing home region! The market will be huge and benefit the Minang, Penang people too! It's a multi billion dollar industry!

cheerios!

In 2010, almost 2/3 of the children are tertiary educated....

.....that means almost 1,000,000 people in University, Polytechnics, Colleges, Vocational, Trade-apperentice Schools-Jobs!!!!!

and it means 20% of the Females are overqualitied, and some 20% of the Menfolk are underqualitied. A number of the Chinese gals marries qualified Indians, Malays, Expats - leaving 20% of Chinese, more than 20% of India, Malay males spouseless......TRAGEDY!

Retirement home, and nursing-hospital facilities will be vital for these group of people with no children to take care of them in their old age! (IN China it's worse - some 20% more males than females + overqualified females - making it up  to 0.3 factor of people without progeny.....

The Colonel's Zen guild - "cold feet" in 4th gen wireless internet!

Whereas the THREE WIRELESS mobile phone company were SUPERCOMPETITIVE in offering the 3G services to include more and more service to fight off the MORE ADVANCED 4th generation systems.....

The Colonel's Zen guilds were still thinking of "INTERNET SERVICES" - PURE and simple!

The way to battle Maxis, Axiata, wire based TM, Digi IS packaged services - GET THE CONSUMER to switched based onmultimedia offering, example tapping TV broadcast,(INCLUDING hi defination TV broadcast) radio broadcast, CHEAP telco services - using IP-ADDRESS as the phone number, GAMING packaged services......it's internet anyway - supposed to be NO CENSORSHIP!!!!!

Instead P1 just advertised a "cut the wire" advertistment with a "silly grin man with scissors"!
Totally uncompetitive - might as well "merge with YTL 4th generation services".....to get the CHEAP MULTIMEDIA

so lame, P!'s offering....

aiyah!

One such idea - tap into TVB broadcast in Hong Kong....

....you get a whole bunch of Cantonese serial addicts!

a whole lot of ladies, mothers......
probably 1 million subscriber....
and using IP-address as their phone number, like Ipod phone of Apple...

could that be worked out?

The Colonel and the Zen is now going to do ADULT education courses!

Well, with upgrading in Malaya....
Many new courses to allow for middle career change needs....

eg. COURSES in PRIVATE UNIVERSITY on Property Estate Management courses, FRENCH culinary diploma, Golf Course management diploma, MODERN building security management/methods.....

China's supercentres would benefit too from this courses......
for mid career changes especially those supervisors in assembly factories, now moving to cheaper provinces!!!!
