What's with JIANGXI anyway, i heard it's full of migrant workers, (like Hunan) and plenty of hills, plenty of Hakkas in the South, and Jiangxinese in the river valley side! - a hinterland of Guangdong province!|
Is there much to do and see in Jiangxi?
Anyway, attended the TOWN HALL meeting with Yeoman, Hannah!
No makeup on this time, look plain compared to her posters!
ha ha ha
Taipan problem - 400 three storey shophouses (costing Rmb3.0 - 4.0 mil each), probably meaning 3 to 6 cars per shophouse = 1,200 to 2,400 car population during working hours & only 1000 road tarmac parking, 800 multistoreyed car park - that cost 3x the road tarmac parking cost! (quite a lot of money = 1,000 x 10hours x 0.50/hr x 365 = Rmb2.0 million revenue.......and underutilized multistoreyed carpark! Wow!
Parking overflows to the residential area as people try to save money!
What a mess!
Some ideas - Tuition centres transfered to the DIGITAL 9 building, and limit parking to 1 hour a day for the tarmac parking! - (that would increase revenue of the TARMAC operator, none for the multi storeyed carpark operator!)
LOCAL GOVERNMENT business is BIG for the small businessman!
ha ha ha
note: A word of caution, EVERY BUSINESS has it's right time......! Want to be Local Councillor, Mr. CaringHK? ha ha ha
