Exactly! That's the only thing Sing-A-pore can do!|
The creation of new generation city centres...
Alternative to what we create in Hong Kong and Central Malaya...
It's all part of a long term program, but UNCLE LEE was "road blocked" by what he "UTTERED some time back", and youknow this guys always "say what he means, do what he says" - no changes allowed! Which can be a problem as far as pinnacle industries, pinnacle services, pinnacle business is concerned!
What we have is 2 concept of MEGA CITY being done in Singapore.
The First was the SUNTEC City created in 1980.
This was done with help of Hap Seng investors and Indonesian developers!
It was the city of the GLOBAL PURCHASING OFFICE....
It's a huge complex, with hotels, 1 million sq. ft. of shopping, OFFICEs, but no housing!
The Second now being undertaken is the GOLDEN SAND city in 2010
This is done with help from American Ex-Desparadoes fellows!
It is a CASINO, theme park, relaxation centre.
It has a huge hotels, entertainment (which means we better get going on the ACTING, MUSICIAN, DANCING school in Kuala Lumpur to provide manpower), it include massive district utilities, sewage, water, gas, hot water, chilled water, high speed communications, massive stealthy security systems.....
THE SING-A-PORE-ANs still haven't decided to add HOMEs to the equation to finally complete a MEGA-city concept. INTERNAL electric transport systems is not present yet......to increase pedestrian convenience!!!!!
The huge URBAN water catchment systems, means CLEANINESS, hygienic conditions vital, maybe need to use modern oxidation systems that has no smell in the MARINA LAKE. Add on a seasport spectator stands, some sporting events that include MARATHONs, FORMULA-1 - you have a high income sporting scene right in offices, commercial areas....
6.5 million is a MUST!
and they like the UNDERGROUND MALL idea.....
and the underground carparks, roads, storage.....
Per capita GNP US$60,000, here we come, and somehow create the LOGISTICs, space cost to help those 25% of Sing-A-poreans with incomes of US$15,000 a year!!!!
