step by step increase.....so that it's increases demand, not increase in inflation only.

it will create a bigger buying power.
it will have positive effects.

Nanjing, Suchou, Hangzhou needs such a stimulus.

I am as worried as you are about Henan, Anhui...

...we need to increase demand in Yangtze delta to draw more migrant worker from Anhui and Henan.

before farm consolidation, NEW VILLAGE formation could be implemented in stages!

I believe they should and service workers deserve more considering that service sector is playing an increaing part in China's economy....Moreover, service industry has great potential as the development of China...

Maybe a proposal should be submitted to the local goverment to increase service workers' payment...

Income gap is still so great in China and also in the world.

Nanjing has high house price and consumption  with low income:L
