So much focus on arable land to produce grain.

Why not focus on expanding meat production on the grassland of China.
Produce more beef, sheep to increase food production, then we need less grain to feed the population.

Anyway, China is 10 million km2, it's a very large nation.
There should be land to increase meat production, especially the herbivores creatures.

Wonder? Can we increase sheep and beef production in Ti-bet?

that's a large piece of land and there should be grass there?

There is no strict law for food and meet production in China, until last year, there are 641 companies which export the foods to American were rejected for safety problems.

It takes time,tough.

we could mix beef with pork in meat patties to make CHINESE eat more beef....

call it BUFFALO meat instead of beef should there be cultural problems with the meat.

ha ha ha

note: The Amerikan regime initially chose to breed cattle due to huge landbank, low water and difficulty to ship grain to export.

the consumption for Chinese
(1) big ratio is pork,
(2) then lamb and beef(or u said sth bafl0).

China are farm country ,farmers need cow to plow the land.
The cost for the beef is 25 half kilos and pork is 13 half kilos.(for the best part of the meat).
One time I cooked for the empolyees,I mixed niu zai gu with pork together, the last pc were left is niu zai gu...

Call it culture consumptions in China.

Urban Chinese can afford to eat BEEF, if you CHOP it tender......

Look at the Japanese, they solve the cultural problem by making beef tender,
ie. Kobe beef, etc.

Can't do that in China, TOO EXPENSIVE....

so, adulterate the beef, add fishmeal to beef in MEAT BALLs, add BEEF to pork in patties, ADD beef with soymeal to make new food.

SIMPLE, cultural problem solved!

note: heck! eating beef is difficult, tough meat, expensive compare to pork, fish....so adjust by processing!
