Seems like Pandan Mewah, in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur...

..has become the prototype of the new working class township.
and let's see how we encourage the homeowners there to upgrade their homes, it'll be kind of fun to watch.
doesn't take much to renew old townhouses.
paint work, and change of window frames, doors.....
will benefit when more and more modular fabricators are set up to fulfill the new labour conditions in Malaya.
