Chinese officials have rejected a U.S. request to discuss their demand that airlines describe self-ruled Taiwan as part of China, an order Washington opposes, the American Embassy in Beijing said Thursday.American officials have told Chinese authorities the United States “strongly objects” to the demand by President Xi Jinping’s government to call the island “Taiwan, China” on maps and internet menus, the embassy said in a statement.
“We are disappointed that China has refused our request for consultations on this issue,” the embassy said.

If it's a province, and part of China, why do you need a passport and visa to visit?
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.
I love sarcasm. It's like punching someone in the head ... only with words

Taiwan is a part of China, a fact accepted by every nation on earth, including the US and Canada, so what's wrong with having it clearly stated on the internet?  Opponents are engaging is a devious way of undermining that fact, which China will never accept!

US is interferring in the internal affairs of China; its recent moves in taiwan is a good indication of such, and this airline stuff is a further attempt to test China's resolve. China must stand firm!

Showing your ignorance again; just because it was forcibly taken from China with the support of US, does not mean it is not a part of China.  It's matter of time before taiwan is re-united with China, as has happened to HK and Macau!  For now, you still need a passport to get there from China, too bad for you!

You should ask your Queen or PM, do they admit it is a country? Do you have embassy there?

You should ask the members of the UN, any country admit it is a country?

Of course, it is a province, why does the mainland cannot reunite with TW province? Because it is you the West who uses nuclear to threaten China?

It was like you colonized Hong Kong people with the two opium Wars.

You should go to Britisth Museum. Your own PM said, if you turn Koinour to India, your own Bristish museum will be empty.

It was like how you steal the territory from the Irish, and occupy North Iriland.

We support the Irish people to claim its territory. Shame on you.

Any country which establishes diplomatic relationship with China must admit that TW is a province of China.

Ask your Queen to prove TW is country?

You are so silly like your Id account on CD, claiming yourself a knight? Silly mentality of yours. You think you are superor than the common?

Stop lying. You should ask the royal how to murder Diana?
