If Trump knew how to play Chinese chess...

By zhihu1

Chinese chess is not only just a game but also the philosophy of Chinese management. According to the game rule, either King or general shouldn't attack anyone, but always stays in his palace. This is called "wu wei" which literally means non-active, and promoted by Laozi.

Casting aside Trump's political stance, I would like to discuss his political potence. He doesn't know how to manage a country.

He is more an entertainer than a politican even after he swore in his oval office. That's why he keeps twittering, firing people on his own.

Chinese Presidents hardly would do so, because they harbor the philosophy of Wu Wei. Firing people is the job of HR Department which is officially named "Organization Department". Twittering is the job of Spokesperson.

Senior leaders either politicans or entrepreneurs would always leave the jobs to the pesons who is in charge of, instead of doing the specific jobs.

Trump keeps doing the jobs of his employees, and leaves his employees virtually jobless. "employee" literally means "the person is being used, employed". Trump just knows how to employ himself, but not employ his employees.
