I am not sure this is a racism problem; some people do stink! For example, Indian ladies rub oil on their hair and body, which they must have thought very nice smelling, part of their custom, but to the nextdoor passengers on the subway train they stink, and their unfortunate neighbors almost threw up! Then of course, there are those with BO, like they have not bathed for weeks, and it is no fun being near them, especially on China's overcrowded buses and trains!
Yes, people should mind their ordor when in public! They could be a nuisance to others without realising it!

So she should be...
I was at the Canton Fair with my Chinese Office women a couple weeks ago and ...
"a Pakistani man in a long dress or what ever we are supposed to call them, stood next to us the rotten smell of BO was disgusting.."
You have my sympathy; often, people who wear long robes, and those with turbans and bandanas and come from hot regions exhibit that problem if they are not careful with personal hygiene. And most of those are not aware of their problems because everyone around them smell the same. The problem with this type of clothing and turban is that they lock in the body and head sweat and ordor and multiply it many times.
