The US has won every WTO case against China since 2004. If it’s not buckled down, China will steal it.

You got caught in red hand and your nose is getting longer and longer. The most important is you're losing your credit in the view of international forumites.

US loses to China in WTO trade dispute

A WTO dispute panel on Monday supported a Chinese complaint against US punitive tariffs slapped on a range of products, including paper, steel, tires, magnets, chemicals, kitchen fittings, flooring and wind turbines.
The WTO ruled that these punitive measures were inconsistent with the trade body's rules and had "nullified or impaired benefits accruing to China." (from dw)

The trade war is not over. You better dig in. At the end of the day you will lose market share.

Your own President claims "we are not in a trade war with China.", while you claim that the trade war is not over yet. Oops, it seems that US President Trump is subject to you.

Please don't rattling your trade sabre, it is double-edged. Tons of tons of soybeans will get rotten in the warehouses of American farmers, while China can easily find the substitute suppliers, as agricultural products are not high-tech at all.
You never ever learn from the history, i.e. Vietnam War. Only negotiations are the the win-win solution for the commerical dispute. This is not because China is weak, but pragmatic and wise.

You don't know the US politics.

The US will be brought down to its knees in the trade war.
Believe it or not, it's true.

The USA needs China more than China needs the USA.

There’s more US corporations doing business in China than there are Chinese companies doing business in the USA.

And most of them such as Apple, HP, DELL, Ford, GM, GE, etc. manufacture their products in China and not in the USA.

If the USA is worried about alleged IP theft, then they should manufacture their products in the USA and not in China.

And China has been doing it since the start. Broken every trade agreement. Yes, the "war" was lost a long time ago.
