All are common phrases that she has memorized. Ask her about stitching vs. glueing, or tread pattern and arch support, and she will instantly be saying, "ting bu dong! ... ting bu dong!"
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.
I love sarcasm. It's like punching someone in the head ... only with words

100% Her English is not fluent at all and full of mistakes. If the Netizens are amazed about that level of English, it says a lot about the Netizens.

No. Visitors / Shoppers ( Tourists ) at Silk Market come from various countries. Those who have lived for sometime in Beijing will not be "regular" visitors there. Majority of "Commercial" buyers for purchases in "bulk" ( 20 shirts, 15 bags etc. ) from Russia, Africa.

Members of the Chinese public are so easily impressed by fakes, pimpostors and braggards.

This woman doesn't "speak English", she merely parrots memorized soundbites.

This is what you all learn over ten years in your "English classes" by Chinese "English teachers".

To prove my point, it is enough to ask her any question out of turn, and she will flounder.

You don't learn to communicate in a two-way dialogue in China; you learn to speak but never to understand your opposite number.
