I hope the Comrades did not make empty promises again this time. Bus operators in manz parts of the nation are struggling to survive, zou know. Or dont you?

In my part of China, urban buses follow no schedule. The bus captains are the kings who decide whether the poor residents have to wait half an hour or one hour if not more to get a lift.

Roads are being built throughout rural China. According to the statistics, China has seen 1.28 million km of rural roads built or renovated in the past five years, with 99.24 percent of townships and 98.34 percent of villages connected by asphalt or cement roads. These are not empty words but real efforts to change people's lives in positive ways.

I said existing bus lines are STRUGGLING and in many parts of China there is a very poor service to the residents. In my town for example, the buses follow now schedule and it can happen that there is no bus for one hour.

I don't care about NEW roads being made. Why can't the EXISTING roads serve a public purpose?

Beijing time.

Entirely wrong. Our buses run till 22 hours, not a inute later. I don't expect a bus to take me home after a pub crawl around midnight. The buses are irregular during even rush hour.
