So ... you're talking about electric scooters. Why not just say so?

He will soon call electric boats "bicycles invented by China".

These so-called inventions aren't really "inventions" at all. The Chinese have basically just taken  ...

Alipay is an “innovation” which improves on the electronic debit system called UnionPay for Chinese banks just like PayPal which improves on the electronic credit system run by credit card companies such as Visa, MasterCard, etc. Both are “innovations” not “inventions” because they are improvements upon existing technologies by allowing users to pay online merchants using their email address or ID instead of their debit or credit cards.

However, electric motorbikes and high-speed rail are “inventions” because they’re technologically different from electric bicycles or electric commuter trains.

They were "inventions" alright - but not CHINESE "inventions" The high-speed trains were invented a century before and the e-bike was already drawn up on a blueprint at the end of the 19th century in the U.S.A.

That’s like saying Apple didn’t invent the iPhone because Alexander Graham Bell invented the phone more than a 100 years ago.

You should list out all the major common illnesses befalling peoples in the country. Then see if there is a common diagnostic marker, eg. blood or body fluid. Then work out how to diagnose the difference between the composition of the blood or fluid now from the last time in order to indicate the stage of the illness. Meanwhile design a handheld device that can sample the blood or fluid in minute quantity. And also translate the composition into codes that can be wifi-ed by handphone to a cloud bank which contains the person's previous blood or fluid composition and an algorithm which can analyse the difference so as to tell the person what illness and what stage; a new version can also suggest back to the handphone what treatment and where to get help by when. This simple device can be in every household whether in city or farm, whether in valley or hill or desert - so long as there is mobile wifi.

Then you revolutionize and cut costs to medical therapy and medical insurance. Which is all the more important because if you look at the US medicare and the UK nhs, they are prohibitively costly not just to people but also to government; western medicines are priced very high and those TPPA signatories will be open to higher import costs of western medicines acting like economic trojan horses.

If you can automate factories, you can automate diagnostics.
