In the last two years or so, changes can be felt in the European Union in its connection to US especially in military reviews. The greatest expectation happens during the 2017 period to the dependency of US reliance in the European continent and the accusation of not contributing enough for the alliance and defense budget on its parts.

The idea was proposed several years ago but did not get much attention to those in EU until now. Sick and tired of US accusations and threats, the formation of an European Union Army (EUA)is rolling across and Germany will be seen as a leader in such movement. Since last year, Germany has already worked with Romania and the Czechs Republic to form the very basic of the EUA formations with both countries contributing its brigade size forces into the German Rapid Deployment Forces.

The rest of the EU will in one way or another participate including to the increased defense budget and forces contribution into a single European Union forces. The main principle of one is the major force of the Union, one single military category of equipment for all and that includes planes, warships, assortment of hardware's and software's in a single digit. Main purposes is not to be dependences on US and at their mercy and consistence insults. Heading that changes is Angela Merkel as she could have enough of US constant backlash and that set her to take the point of change.

Much to the eyes of the European Union China does not seem to post a threat than US feels. China should extend its field of development and research in these categories into their arena and contribute in whatever way it can to build a greater bonds between European Union and China. This building bloc will see a greater cohesive relationship in time to come and also allow the EU to see China as a friend better than US as an threat all along regardless of how wide China open up to them.
