Ice lollies help keep you cool in the summer heat, but have you tried one on a freezing cold winter day? Despite temperatures dipping below 20 degrees, many tourists wait in line to buy ice popsicles in Central Street of the wellknown business district in Ha'erbin, Nrtheast China's Heilongjiang province.  In a city as cold as Ha'erbin, would you dare eat a ice lolly?

I've done that in Canada and Russia to name two locations.  I'd not do it if it was cooler than about -35C though.
