Are people smart enough to locate the BEST information circulating on the Internet? I don't think so. We may be over-informed about things but we are becoming increasingly ignorant thanks to the elecgronic devices that connect us to Wikipedia and other sources.

By the way, Chinese people have always been noted for a conspicuous lack of interest in reading. I doubt that the Internet has made them more avid readers or better informed citizens.

How to get the books of high place?

good question.

Many of the books are just exhibits not available for reading. You have to grab a book on a lower shelf. The rest is for decoration. The library is said to house 2,5 million books.

I use kindle to read books. So libraries are out of date for me.
