(CRI) People in China began the longest holiday of the year on October 1st, 2017. This is because this year’s Mid-Autumn festival falls on October 4th. As such, the so-called "Golden Week," the National Day Holiday, lasts for eight days this year.

Due to the extended holiday, traffic congestion has become inevitable along most sections of the national highway system.

Drivers in the southern province of Guangdong have been reporting 10-hour delays on the highways linking Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

So, how are people killing time on the road? Drivers and passengers have been coming up with unique ways to beat the boredom.

A fashionable way is group dancing.
