Please tell me how the Chinese Visa Center in Vancouver can do 4-hour rush visas if documentation  ...

I believe that China's consulate network in Canada includes the main embassy in Ottawa, and four separate consulate-generals, including one in Vancouver.

I don't know how far the Visa Center in Vancouver is from Vancouver's Chinese consulate, but I'm guessing that either it's close enough for the 4 hours to be doable, or then they have sent one of their own staff (someone authorized to grant visas), to work physically at the Visa Center.

have all of the documentation verified,

Note that I never claimed to what degree the consulate verifies anything - they may have outsourced all the screening to the Visa Center, and simply act as rubber stamp themselves.

Yes, we know that many foreign teachers don't have teaching certificates, but your schools keep recruiting them, especially those with white skin, because Chinese parents demand white faces in class and schools have to meet their demand or face falling enrolment!

You did not do your research well. Here is the next slipup in your botched article:

Yes, they have to apply from overseas, but that is no excuse for them to break the law and teach without the relevant papers while being tourists in China!
